1. Services
1.1 Scope of Services: We provide reputation management, content removal, SEO suppression, brand protection, crisis management, digital PR, and online monitoring services as per the agreed contract.
1.2 Custom Agreements: Each client engagement is subject to a separate agreement, detailing deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
1.3 No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes: While we employ industry-leading strategies, the effectiveness of services may vary due to third-party platforms, legal restrictions, and external factors beyond our control.
2. Confidentiality & Data Protection
2.1 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): We sign a confidentiality agreement with clients to protect their privacy and project details.
2.2 Data Security: All client information is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
3. Payments & Refunds
3.1 Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the contract agreement before services commence.
3.2 Refund Policy:
A 100% refund is applicable only if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe.
No refunds will be issued once the service has been partially or fully delivered as per the agreement.
Refunds are not applicable if external factors (Google, media outlets, third-party platforms) delay or prevent removals.
3.3 Payment Disputes: Any payment-related disputes must be addressed in writing within 7 business days of payment processing.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Accurate Information: The client must provide accurate and truthful information for us to execute the requested services.
4.2 Non-Interference: Clients agree not to attempt direct removal of content while our process is in progress, as this may interfere with our strategy.
4.3 Compliance with Laws: The client must not use our services for any illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities.
5. Limitations of Liability
5.1 No Legal Responsibility for Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for actions taken by Google, social media platforms, news publishers, or other third parties.
5.2 No Liability for Future Negative Content: We help manage your reputation, but we cannot prevent new negative content from appearing after the service is completed.
5.3 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as government actions, technical failures, or platform policy changes.
6. Termination of Services
6.1 Breach of Agreement: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any terms, including providing false information or using our services for unlawful activities.
6.2 Client-Initiated Termination: If a client chooses to cancel services, any payments made will not be refunded unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, located in London, UK.
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
8. Updates to Terms
Tea Time Trends reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
